Timothy E. Fizer
Tim Fizer’s extensive experience in litigation has made him a leader, mentor, and invaluable resource in the legal community.
Tim was born in Cumberland, Maryland; after attending college at Rutgers and law school at The Washington College of Law at American University in Washington D.C., he returned to Maryland in 1983 to practice law.
More than 30 years of litigation experience, including more than 100 jury trials and more than a dozen appellate opinions form the foundation for his AV Preeminent® rating by his peers through Martindale-Hubbell. His dedication extends into his personal community as well. He is active in his church, where he has served as a member of the Pastoral Council and a member of the Board for the church school. He has served as the Advancement Coordinator and Chartered Organization Representative for the local Boy Scout Troop and Cub Scout pack . He has been the Attorney Advisor for the Hereford High School Mock Trial Team. He and his family call Northern Baltimore County home. Although based in Towson, Tim represents clients in every county in the State, as well as Baltimore City, and likewise accepts clients with matters in the District of Columbia.
Tim brings his knowledge and experience to Fizer❖LLC as its founding member, pursues the goal of providing individuals and corporations with a different kind of representation — one founded on ethics, experience, competence, and a focus on the client experience and satisfaction often lacking in the field — he calls it “Better Representation,” and he strives to improve the level of service to his clients on a daily basis.
